Today was a frustrating day.

Recently, I made the decision to offer FREE face tattoo removal sessions at Fresh Start Tattoo Removal. No catch. No hidden fee. No obligation.

I know that having a tattoo on your face that you no longer want can affect your confidence, your job opportunities, your relationships, and sometimes your ability to move forward from a chapter of your life you’re trying to leave behind.

If I have a skill and a machine that can help somebody get that fresh start, I want to use it.

But today, I had two people cancel their free appointments. And I’ll be honest, it was frustrating.

When someone books an appointment with me, I set that time aside specifically for them. I prepare the room, block off my schedule, and make sure I’m there ready to work.

That time could have gone to another client. More importantly, it could have been time spent at home with my wife and kids.

I think sometimes when something is offered for free, it’s easy to feel like there’s nothing to lose by canceling at the last minute or simply not showing up.

But just because something is free it doesn’t mean it’s worthless. There is still someone’s time behind it. There’s still a business opening its doors. There’s still an opportunity that someone else would have gladly taken.

I’m not writing this because I want to stop offering free face tattoo removal. I don’t.

I still believe in this program, and I still want to help people. If anything, today reminded me that I need to make sure these appointments go to people who genuinely want the opportunity.

So if you book one of these free sessions with me, all I ask is that you respect the appointment the same way you would if you had paid for it. If something comes up, I understand. Life happens. Just give me enough notice so I can offer that spot to somebody else.

There are people out there who genuinely want a second chance, a new beginning, or simply the confidence to look in the mirror without being reminded of a decision they made years ago.

I started Fresh Start because I believe people deserve the opportunity to move forward.

The face tattoo removal sessions are still free.

The mission hasn’t changed.

I’m just asking that if you claim a spot, please value the time being given to you, because it’s time I will never get back.
